Broccoli Souffle

• 2 – 10oz chop. Broccoli cooked, make in baking dish
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• ½ med minced onion
• ¾ cup grated cheese

1. 350°F : 1 hour
2. Bake in oven until knife comes out of center clean.
