Pinapple Stuffing

  • 5-6 slices bread slices – cubed
  • 20 oz. pineapple tidbits
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 eggs
  1. Pre heat oven 375
  2. Grease 1 1/2 qtr casserole
  3. Cream: sugar, butter
  4. Add: eggs one at a time beat well
  5. Stir in pineapple and bread cubes
  6. Bake 50-60 minutes
