Sweet Potato

• 3 lb sweet potatoes mashed
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tea vanilla
• 1/3 cup milk
• ½ cup butter
• cinnamon

1. Boil potatoes and mash. Mix in ingredients. Cook in a 2 quart casserole pan.
2. Topping:
3. 1 cup firmly pack brown sugar
4. 1/3 cup flour
5. 1/3 cup butter
6. 1 cup chopped pecans
7. cinnamon
8. Cook at 350 for 30 mins
